As the Learning Systems Lead, you will be responsible for the governance, optimisation and ongoing management of our Learning Management System (Cornerstone – Wonder.LAB). This role ensures the platform delivers a seamless and engaging learning experience, supports compliance training, and provides meaningful insights to drive workforce capability and organisational performance. Working closely with People & Culture, Learning, Digital Solutions and key stakeholders, you will act as the subject matter expert for learning systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement across the platform.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the administration, optimisation and governance of the LMS to ensure strong system performance and user experience
Configure and manage learning content, including courses, curricula, certifications and learning pathways
Support the delivery of digital and instructor-led learning programs within the platform
Develop and deliver reporting and analytics to provide insights on learning participation, compliance and capability trends
Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of learning activities across the organisation
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders, including troubleshooting and system training
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement learning initiatives and system enhancements
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the learning technology ecosystem
Support system upgrades, integrations and enhancements in collaboration with Digital Solutions and IT
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and optimising Learning Management Systems (e.g. Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday or similar)
Strong understanding of LMS governance, configuration, workflows and user management
Experience supporting digital learning delivery, including eLearning modules and compliance training
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience building dashboards and reporting (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel or LMS tools)
Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders across HR, Learning and Technology teams
Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering a positive user experience
Experience in system improvements, integrations and continuous optimisation
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement
