Learning Support Worker

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism across various ages and learning needs
• Implement support strategies guided by our experienced behaviour analysts and teaching staff
• Help develop and deliver personalised learning programmes
• Monitor and record pupil progress
• Support pupils in developing vital communication, social, and life skills
• Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

• A genuine interest in working with children and young people with autism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents
• Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges
• A willingness to learn and apply behaviour analysis principles (full training provided)
• Experience in similar settings is a plus, but not essential
