Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

A driving licence or access to reliable transportation is required due to our location
A compassionate and empathetic approach is paramount
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to connecting with our learners
The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Willingness to support personal care as needed
A strong desire to learn and develop professionally

Nice to have:

Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with adults or young people with disabilities is a plus
