Job Description:

This welcoming and community orientated specialist adult centre/school is seeking a Learning Support worker to join their established team ASAP. This highly regarded specialist centre supports young adults 18+ years on the Autistic spectrum and with other associated conditions (including communication difficulties, medical needs and challenging behaviour). This award winning setting is looking for a member of staff to join this globally recognised school on a permanent basis. This role is needed all year round, Monday-Friday 9-5pm.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting young people with complex needs on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis with their education activities/objectives.

Requirements:

Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable not essential)
Relevant support work or teaching assistant experience/ Voluntary or paid experience considered (Must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK
