Job Description:

Are you looking for a job where no 2 days will be the same where you get to support creative activities, help learners with work experience and supporting life skills that will help them now and in the future? Do you want to be the beacon of light for young people and adults that are looking to further there education in a setting that recognises there unique needs? Are you looking to join a adult education centre that is modern, bright, with lots of transitional areas, break out rooms and is excellently resourced? Job Responsibility:

Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
Supporting learners with severe and complex needs
Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives

Requirements:

Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
Relevant teaching Assistant, childcare or adult care experience (Must be able to provide references)
Experience working or supporting young adults with SEN (desirable)
Eligibility to work in the UK

Nice to have:

Experience working or supporting young adults with SEN
