Job Description:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our innovative SEN college in Cranleigh, Surrey. We provide a supportive and stimulating environment for young adults aged 18-35, helping them develop essential life skills, work experience, and educational qualifications.

Job Responsibility:

Provide individual and group support
Assist with developing essential life skills
Facilitate work experience opportunities
Encourage and motivate
Collaborate with the college's team of therapists and educators

Requirements:

Have experience working with individuals with special needs
Are patient, understanding, and possess excellent communication skills
Are comfortable working with students who may exhibit challenging behaviour
Have a positive and encouraging approach
Are passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals
Are confident working in the community with learners
A valid DBS check
A full driving licence (preferred)
