We are looking for the practitioner who "gets it"-the person who understands that a calm presence is more powerful than a loud voice. If you have a background in care, parenting, or previous SEN work, your life experience is exactly what our students need. Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ASC, SLCN, or SEMH
  • Proficiency in (or a desire to lead in) Makaton, PECS, or AAC
  • Teaching experience
