Learning Support Worker- A life changing role! Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of autistic adults? This incredible setting is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join our team and help learners achieve meaningful and beneficial outcomes through personalised lifelong learning opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Support learners to build confidence, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-management strategies
Work closely with families and health & social care professionals
Ensure every learner receives the best possible support tailored to their aspirations

Requirements:

Caring
Patient
Committed to supporting autistic adults
Experience in a support or care role is beneficial but not essential
Experience supporting learners with SEN would be desirable

Nice to have:

Experience supporting learners with SEN
