Requirements:

Hidden Difficulties Level 2 or equivalent (or be willing to work towards within an agreed timeframe)
Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy (or be willing to work towards within an agreed timeframe)
Achievement of performance targets
Accurate and timely reporting
Positive team working
