Learning Support Worker

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will act as a mentor, guide, and motivator. You will support learners across all three pillars-whether that's assisting them in the cafe, accompanying them on community trips, or helping them with classroom learning. You will also help track and celebrate student success using their tailored progress-monitoring system, 'graphing'. Some learners exhibit complex behavioural needs. Our client is looking for someone who can manage these challenges with patience, empathy, and positive de-escalation techniques.
