Learning Support Worker (SEN)

We are looking for a committed SEN Learning Support Workers to fill several permanent roles in Surrey. The position entails supporting young adults through one-on-one sessions, small groups, and targeted interventions. Here they offer both part-time and full-time hours. Candidates must have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Worker, or in a similar capacity within educational or care environments. The schools accommodate mixed ability and SEN learners, with approximately 70+ pupils at each location. They provide a broad and balanced curriculum, with performance levels exceeding the national average.
