Job Responsibility

Undertaking Referrals for learners with additional needs
The development and writing of Individual Learning Support Plans
Completing Exam Access Arrangements for learners
Undertaking 1:1 skills development tutorials
Liaising with colleagues, parents and external agencies

Experience of managing a diverse caseload remotely
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change

Job Responsibility

Motivate, engage and inspire learners to achieve their qualification requirements in a timely manner
Conduct group and 1:1 delivery
Provide exceptional additional learning support as required
Collaborate with wider operational teams to ensure completion of initial diagnostic assessment
Use quality improvement approved resources to deliver impactful sessions
Support, mentor and coach neuro-diverse learners on a remote basis
Lead on the company’s use of Cognassist
Ensure all learners identified with a learning difficulty or disability (LDD) have bespoke support and reasonable adjustments in place
Support both the tutors and employers in terms of support strategies, exam access arrangements and differentiation
Provide 1:1 support for identified learners where necessary
