We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Learning Support Mentor for a full-time, long-term position. This role bridges the gap between traditional classroom support and pastoral care. Accompany your mentees into lessons, acting as a calming, stabilising presence that helps them focus, manage frustration, and participate positively
Lead reflective, restorative conversations with students following behavioural incidents, helping them learn from mistakes and repair relationships with staff and peers
Work closely with vulnerable students to track and improve their attendance, punctuality, and overall attitude toward their education
Act as a vital link between the student and their support network, providing regular updates to the Pastoral Leads, SENCO, and parents
