Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and patience
  • Ability to build rapport with young people
  • Strong desire to make a positive impact
  • Experience with behavior management techniques (preferred)
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviors (beneficial)
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures in an educational setting
  • Digital literacy skills
  • Full driving license and access to transport (for some roles)
  • NVQ level 2

Nice to have:

  • Experience with behavior management techniques (preferred)
  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviors (beneficial)
  • Full driving license and access to transport (for some roles)
