Job Description:

Learning Support Assistant graduate position supporting secondary school students in academic and social development. Perfect for graduates looking to gain experience before progressing in education-related careers.

Job Responsibility:

Support students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Leading support sessions for students in both 1:1 and group settings
Encouraging an inclusive and positive environment for the students to work within
Providing support to the school's SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
Working with subject teachers and STL to support students

Requirements:

Degree in Psychology or related course from a reputable University
Be compassionate, caring and a patient person
Be able to work effectively with the wider team and be a team player
Must have a passion for the secondary curriculum and supporting young people
