Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a caring and reliable Learning Support Assistant to work within primary schools across Redhill. This role focuses on supporting pupils who need additional help to engage with learning and develop both academically and emotionally. You will work closely with children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, supporting literacy, numeracy, and personal development. Many pupils you support may have additional needs, requiring patience, encouragement, and consistency.
