Job Description:

A fantastic and creative Secondary School in Wandsworth is seeking a Learning Support Assistant – Secondary to join their team from September 2025 for a long-term, full-time role. The role involves supporting students across KS3 to KS5 in groups and on a 1:1 basis, assisting teachers with subject materials, and working with students with SEND/SEMH needs. The school is graded ‘Good’ and offers opportunities for CPD and Teacher Training.

Job Responsibility:

Helping teachers to relay subject material to students across all core areas of the curriculum
supporting students across the school including those with SEND/SEMH needs
working in groups and on a 1:1 basis
collaborating with teachers to provide pupils with the support they need

Requirements:

Desire to improve the learning experience of all students
previous experience working with children including those with SEND/SEMH needs
strong academics across the board including a 2:1 or 1st Class Degree
