Integrated Clinical Synergy: Collaborate daily with a permanent, on-site team of Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to implement and refine complex EHCP goals. Proven Track Record: Substantial experience supporting complex needs (ASC, SLCN, or SEMH) in a professional capacity. Communication Proficiency: Advanced competency in alternative communication methods and the ability to mentor junior staff in these modalities.
