Learning Support Assistant (Adult Education) - Salary: £25,000 per annum (All Year Round - no term-time pro-rata drops!). Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends). Location: Cranleigh. About the Client: Randstad is partnering with a modern, vibrant adult education centre in Cranleigh. They support learners (primarily aged 18-35) with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, brain injuries, and physical disabilities. Focus on three core pillars: Work Experience, Life Skills, and Education. The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will act as a mentor, guide, and motivator, supporting learners across all three pillars. Note on Behavioural Needs: Some learners exhibit complex behavioural needs. Requirements include proven SEN experience with adults, strong communication, resilience, and a positive mindset.
