Job Responsibility:

Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons
Provide individual support to students, helping them access the curriculum and develop essential skills
Contribute to creating a positive and safe learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered

Requirements:

GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above qualification
Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
Own means of transport
Genuine passion for working with children with special needs
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Enthusiasm for learning new skills
