Job Description:

Learning Support Assistant role for Psychology Graduates to gain relevant experience working with SEND students in an Outstanding Secondary School in Wandsworth, providing support to vulnerable students and working with educational professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Working 1:1 / intervention groups with SEND students
Providing well-being support for students becoming dysregulated
Working closely with school SENCO / School Psychologists
Supporting writing EHCP / Individual support plan

Requirements:

1st Class / 2:1 within a relevant degree – Psychology, Criminology, Sociology etc.
Strong academic background
Previous experience working with children / SEND
A desire to make a positive impact in students lives
Outgoing, confident and robust personality
