Job Description:

Learning Support Assistant graduate position supporting students in a secondary school environment, working with teachers and SLT to help students progress academically and socially

Job Responsibility:

Support students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Lead support sessions for students in both 1:1 and group settings
Encourage an inclusive and positive environment for students
Provide support to SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
Work with subject teachers and STL to support students

Requirements:

Degree in Psychology or related course from a reputable University
Be compassionate, caring and patient
Able to work effectively with the wider team and be a team player
Passion for the secondary curriculum and supporting young people
