Job Description:

A Secondary School in Camden searching for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team starting September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time only position supporting students in independent learning environments, assisting students aged 11-19, and working with SEND students to help them progress.

Job Responsibility:

Support students aged 11-19 in accessing resources and information
Provide support to students with SEND
Play a leading role in working with families to support student progress and attainment
Supervise and support students with identified needs
Assist with Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programmes
Establish constructive relationships with students
Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
Set challenging expectations, promote self-esteem and independence

Requirements:

Strong academic background
Passion for education, learning, and high achievement
Ability to support students aged 11-19
Capability to assist with Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programmes
Skills to establish constructive relationships with students
Encourage students to interact with others and engage in activities
Promote self-esteem and independence
