Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Attributes: Empathy, patience, a calm demeanour under pressure, and a great sense of humour.
Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure consistency for our pupils.
Flexibility: Availability for at least 3 days a week between Monday and Friday (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
