Learning Support Assistant

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to help the child thrive in a nurturing environment
• Assist with classroom activities, interventions, and emotional regulation
• Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to adapt learning tasks
• Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

• Experience working with children
• SEN experience is a bonus
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
• Ability to build strong relationships and create a safe, supportive space
• All staff must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services
