Job Description:

Learning Support Assistant – Full Time. We’re working with a welcoming Brighton primary school looking for a confident Learning Support Assistant to join their team full time from January. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a busy, joyful school environment and genuinely enjoys helping children achieve their best. This is a lovely opportunity to join a supportive staff team and make a meaningful impact every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting whole-class teaching
  • Working with small groups
  • Offering 1:1 support where needed
  • Helping pupils stay focused
  • Building confidence
  • Creating a calm, structured learning environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people (in school, clubs, care, etc.)
  • A DBS on the Update Service
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training
  • Someone reliable, compassionate and ready to get involved in every aspect of school life
