As a Learning Support Assistant, you will act as a mentor, guide, and motivator. You will support learners across all three pillars - whether that's assisting them in the cafe, accompanying them on community trips, or helping them with classroom learning. You will also help track and celebrate student success using their tailored progress-monitoring system, 'graphing'.

Requirements
Experience: Proven experience working within Special Educational Needs (SEN) with adults, or a strong background in the care sector
Education: A good general level of education is required to support learners with their studies
Skills: Strong communication skills, resilience, and a knack for managing behavioural needs calmly and effectively
Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help adults build independence
