Learning Support Assistant

Promote teaching and learning with our Learning Support Department and our Speech & Language ARP

• Commitment to the safeguarding and well-being of all students and the ability to follow all school policy and procedures
• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
• Experience of working within an educational or care setting with adults or young people.
• Ability to deal with challenging behaviour
• Ability to motivate and encourage students

• 8 staff training days (not the 5 you find in most schools)
• a two week October half term
• professional development of a high standard
• weekly activities, like team sports and a brand new fitness suite
