Job Description:

A Secondary School in Camden searching for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team for a September 2025 start. This is a full-time position, supporting students to learn in an independent working environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support students aged 11-19 in accessing learning resources
provide support to students with SEND
play a leading role in working alongside families
supervise and provide support for students
assist with development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programmes
establish constructive relationships with students
promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
encourage students to interact with others and engage in activities
set challenging expectations and promote self-esteem and independence

Requirements:

Strong academic background
ideally educated to undergraduate level at a minimum
passion for education, learning and high achievement
