Job Description:

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Autism / SEND. Ambitious About Autism is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support autistic children and young people aged 4–19 at TreeHouse School (Ofsted Outstanding) specialist school in Muswell Hill.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work 1:1 with autistic pupils
  • Support pupils to access the curriculum
  • Build independence, confidence, and self-esteem through classroom learning and community based activities
  • Personal care

Requirements:

  • Experience or interest in SEN / SEND
  • Experience or interest in Autism
  • Experience or interest in Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant roles
  • Experience or interest in Care, youth work, education, or psychology backgrounds
