Job Description

We are seeking a calm and resilient Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 in a specialist SEMH secondary school.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to help students regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build confidence within a structured, nurturing environment

Requirements

  • Experience supporting young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
