The role involves engaging and building positive relationships with young people who may have learning differences, ensuring individual learners achieve their qualifications and develop their skills while learning. Working with individuals who may present challenges, the support will be patient while demonstrating empathy and engaging to ensure individuals achieve their aspirations in all subjects.
