Job Description:

Learning Support Assistant role for Psychology Graduates looking to gain experience with SEND students in an Outstanding Secondary School in Lambeth. Ideal for those considering careers in Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Art Therapy, or Social Work.

Job Responsibility:

Working 1:1 / intervention groups with SEND students
Providing well-being support for students becoming dysregulated
Working closely with school SENCO / School Psychologists
Supporting writing EHCP / Individual support plan
Running intervention groups

Requirements:

1st Class / 2:1 within a relevant degree – Psychology, Criminology, Sociology etc.
Strong academic background
Previous experience working with children / SEND
A desire to make a positive impact in students lives
Outgoing, confident and robust personality
