Job Description:

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team and empower students to reach their full potential. You'll provide vital one-to-one and small group support for students with diverse SEN, helping them access the curriculum, build independence, and thrive.

Job Responsibility:

provide one-to-one and small group support for students with diverse SEN
assist with EHCPs
adapt learning materials
foster a positive, inclusive environment
collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
monitor student progress
contribute to their well-being

Requirements:

experience supporting children or young people with SEN
understanding of various needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia)
patient
empathetic
excellent communicator
team player
adaptable
relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is a plus

Nice to have:

relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification
