Job Description:

Learning Support Assistant role in a forward-thinking modern Secondary School in Greenwich, supporting students with special educational needs and mental health requirements

Job Responsibility:

Support students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Assist pupils with SEND/SEMH needs in small groups and 1:1
Provide continuous support within the classroom
Support children with varying needs such as ADHD and ASC
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement tailored learning plans
Assist with pupil behaviour

Requirements:

Flexible and adaptable to working with diverse groups of students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working alongside SEN/SEMH is preferred
Commitment to the care and well-being of pupils

Nice to have:

Experience working alongside SEMH/SEN needs
