Job Description:

A fantastic Secondary School in Ealing is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant – Graduate to join their team in September 2025. This is the ideal opportunity for aspiring Secondary Teachers with a passion for education and a desire to work with high-achieving students. Responsibilities include working with teaching professionals to assist students in the classroom, running intervention groups, implementing personalised learning programmes, and liaising with teaching staff. The position is full-time and term-time only, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm, with a salary of £26,000 per annum.

Job Responsibility:

Working with KS3-5 students in all core subject area
Running intervention groups to target pupil progress
Liaising with Class Teachers to accommodate each student accordingly

Requirements:

Motivated graduate with strong academics including solid grades across a degree, A-Levels and GCSEs
A passion for learning and for working with young people
Previous child-based experience – class-based experience is highly desirable
