Job Description:

Learning Support Assistant – Graduate Position located in a fantastic Secondary School in Ealing. The school is looking to expand its team and take on a dedicated and passionate graduate who can actively support its students in a caring environment. This is a September 2025 start position for the full academic year.

Job Responsibility:

Working with subject teachers and STL to support students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Leading support sessions for students in both 1:1 and group settings
Encouraging an inclusive and positive environment for the students to work within
Providing support to the school’s SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)

Requirements:

Have a Degree in Psychology or related course from a reputable University
Be compassionate, caring and a patient person
Be able to work effectively with the wider team and be a team player
Must have a passion for the secondary curriculum and supporting young people

Nice to have:

Perfect for aspiring Educational Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Youth Worker, Counsellor etc
