We are seeking a calm and resilient Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 in a specialist SEMH secondary school. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to help students regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build confidence within a structured, nurturing environment. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Experience supporting young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa
Provide suitable references for pre-employment checks
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Children’s Workforce (or Children’s & Adults’) update service, or be willing to obtain one
