Job Description:

This role involves supporting autistic children aged 4-19, collaborating with teachers to deliver lessons and creating a safe learning environment. The position offers competitive pay, training, and meaningful work in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons
Provide individual support to students, helping them access the curriculum and develop essential skills
Contribute to creating a positive and safe learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered

Requirements:

GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above qualification
Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
Own means of transport

Nice to have:

Experience with autism spectrum disorders
Experience in managing challenging behaviour
Background in youth work
