This blended position is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion, eager to make a difference, and ready to grow their skills across both support and teaching responsibilities. Oasis Academy Long Cross is driven by a powerful ethos that places inclusion, equality, and healthy relationships at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating a happy, stimulating, and caring learning environment where risk-taking and challenge are encouraged, and where every child is nurtured to develop a lifelong love of learning. We believe education should transform lives, and we work closely with families and the wider community to ensure every child achieves their very best. Joining Long Cross means becoming part of a supportive, ambitious team that celebrates success, prioritises staff wellbeing, and collaborates across the wider Oasis Community Learning Trust to share best practice. It’s a place where you can thrive professionally while making a real difference in the lives of children and families.

  • Someone with strong curriculum subject knowledge who has experience of leading a class
  • Someone with desire to provide effective and high quality behaviour and pastoral support to ensure every child is successful and reaches their full potential
  • A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will play a key role in our drive for continual improvement
  • Someone who shows a passion for closing the gap and reducing barriers for our disadvantaged children
  • An individual who is committed to their own continuing professional development with an up-to-date knowledge of trauma informed practice and behaviour management strategies
  • Someone who is fully dedicated going above and beyond to fulfil our role in supporting community transformation
