Job Description

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) ready to make a real difference? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team and empower students to reach their full potential.

Job Responsibility

Provide vital one-to-one and small group support for students with diverse SEN
Help students access the curriculum, build independence, and thrive
Assist with EHCPs
Adapt learning materials
Foster a positive, inclusive environment
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals
Monitor student progress
Contribute to student well-being.

Requirements

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
Understanding of various needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia)
Patience
Empathy
Excellent communication
Ability to build strong relationships
Team player
Adaptable
Genuine desire to help students succeed
Experience in managing challenging behaviour
Relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is a plus, but proven experience is key.
