Location: Worthing. Salary: £93-£100 per day (Initial 12-week placement) | £22,000-£23,500 per annum (Permanent). Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:30 PM. About the Setting: This specialist alternative provision centre in Worthing provides a caring, positive, and inclusive environment for primary and secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The setting focuses on helping students re-engage with education through a highly personalised curriculum designed to challenge, inspire, and rebuild self-esteem. By maintaining small class sizes and prioritizing emotional well-being, the collaborative staff team works together to help young people build resilience, gain qualifications, and work toward positive futures. Following a successful 12-week temporary placement, you will transfer directly onto the permanent staff team.
