This ofsted OUTSTANDING school is seeking a learning support Assistant (SEN) to join there school ASAP to work 1:1 with 2 learners in the secondary phase with complex needs associated with Autism. Job Responsibility

  • Supporting young people with complex needs from age 5+ years in a education setting
  • Working and supporting children on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
  • Supporting not just the educational but also the physical and spiritual well being of the pupils

Requirements

  • Committed, resilient and creative individual who is committed to supporting the needs of children with complex SEN needs
  • Must have: GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults (desirable)
  • Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable not essential)
