Job Description:

We are seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across Primary and Secondary settings. Unlike a general assistant, your role is focused on learning outcomes-identifying where a student is struggling and providing the specific scaffolding, tools, and encouragement they need to succeed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Targeted Academic Support: Lead small group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy
  • Teach students how to learn, focusing on organisation, memory techniques, and confidence-building

Requirements:

  • Are Academically Confident
  • Strong GCSEs (especially in English and Maths)
