Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

We are seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across Primary and Secondary settings. Unlike a general assistant, your role is focused on learning outcomes - identifying where a student is struggling and providing the specific scaffolding, tools, and encouragement they need to succeed. Targeted Academic Support: Lead small group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy, helping students catch up or keep pace with the curriculum. The 'How-To' Specialist: Teach students how to learn, focusing on organisation, memory techniques, and confidence-building. Career Fast-Track: This is the gold standard of experience for those looking to apply for a PGCE, School Direct, or Masters in Education. Weekly Pay: Competitive daily rates of £90 - £95, paid every Friday via Randstad.
