Learning Support Assistant (LSA) | Academic Inclusion | Local Schools. Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only). Salary: £90 - £95 per day (Weekly Pay - dependent on experience). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term. Are you an academically minded, supportive individual with a knack for making difficult concepts 'click'?   • Promoting Independence: Use the 'scaffold and fade' technique-providing heavy support initially and gradually stepping back as the student gains the confidence to work alone
  • Progress Tracking: Maintain clear records of student breakthroughs and hurdles, providing vital data to the Class Teacher and SENCO to help shape future lessons
