Targeted Academic Support: Lead small group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy, helping students catch up or keep pace with the curriculum. The 'How-To' Specialist: Teach students how to learn, focusing on organisation, memory techniques, and confidence-building. Career Fast-Track: This is the gold standard of experience for those looking to apply for a PGCE, School Direct, or Masters in Education. Weekly Pay: Competitive daily rates of £90 - £95, paid every Friday via Randstad.
