Job Responsibility:
Differentiating Resources: take a standard lesson and re-package it creating simplified worksheets, visual aids, or word banks
Small Group Leadership: take charge of breakout sessions guiding 3-5 students through a specific task
Promoting Independence: use the scaffold and fade technique
Progress Tracking: maintain clear records of student breakthroughs and hurdles
Requirements:
Academically Confident: strong GCSEs (especially in English and Maths)
ability to explain academic concepts clearly and creatively
Proactive: can spot a struggling student and move in to offer support
Relevant Experience: university tutoring, coaching, or previous school work
Committed: enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
