Job Responsibility

Apply psychological concepts such as behaviour management, developmental theory, and communication strategies in real-world settings
Gain practical experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and complex needs
Work across five specialist sites – Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and Alternative Provision
Provide 1:1 or 2:1 or classroom tailored support to help pupils reach their potential
