We are looking for a dedicated Learning Specialist to join our team in Maitland, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to shape impactful training programs that empower employees to perform at their best. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating learning initiatives tailored to organizational needs, leveraging innovative methodologies to enhance employee development.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement onboarding and skill enhancement programs that align with organizational goals
Collaborate with internal teams, including patient services, field management, and marketing, to identify and address training needs
Conduct thorough assessments to ensure training materials are consistent and effective across the organization
Apply adult learning principles to create engaging training experiences through virtual sessions, e-learning, self-study, and other methods
Continuously explore and integrate new approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training development
Work closely with the instructional design team to create and refine online learning modules
Maintain accurate records of employee training participation and progress, providing regular updates and reports
Monitor and assess the impact of training initiatives to ensure they meet organizational objectives
Act as a subject matter expert in designated areas to provide specialized training and support
Ensure compliance with required training documentation and maintain up-to-date logs
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in instructional design and the application of instructional technology
At least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare training, particularly instructor-led programs (preferred)
Strong understanding of learning and development principles, including adult learning methodologies and industry-standard training technologies
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in delivering compelling presentations
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across business functions
Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with diverse training delivery methods, including computer-based and virtual platforms
Expertise in evaluating and improving training programs to ensure alignment with organizational needs
